Sports Therapy Treatment
This treatment is intentionally created to relieve muscle tension, reduce lactic acid build-up and encourage tissue healing associated with athletics. Begin your treatment with a 30-minute hot water plunge which includes aromatherapy, then follow with a one hour sports massage. Finish with a warm water plunge. 90 minutes.
Phytomer Pour Homme
This tailor-made facial uses a product line dedicated to the specific needs of a man's skin. It begins with a relaxing facial massage followed by an application of self-heating mud used to eliminate all trace of tension and stress. Once completely relaxed, the face is deeply cleansed and oxygenated using a nourishing face masque. While your masque is at work, you will enjoy a scalp massage that will provoke calmness and a deep sense of well being. Finally, depending on your needs, the application of a moisturizing or anti age care cream finishes the treatment. The skin is left fresh and comfortable. 1 hour 10 minutes.
