The Rundle Manor provides FREE High-Speed Wireless Internet connectivity to guests travelling with a laptop.


For guests traveling without a laptop, a public Internet kiosk is available in the lobby of the Banff Ptarmigan Inn. There is no charge for the public internet kiosk, and there is a printer for your use as well.


Wireless Connectivity Inside and Outside of Your Guest Room

100% of guest rooms and all public areas permit surfing via a wireless access point.


Instructions for Connecting to wireless access points

Prior to departure, please check with your network administrator that:

  1. Your laptop is 802.11b or 802.11g compliant.
  2. Your laptop is configured to automatically accept an IP address (Dynamic DHCP).
