Wireless Internet Access

We provide FREE High-Speed Wireless Internet connectivity to guests travelling with a laptop or smart phone.

95% of guest rooms and all public areas permit surfing via a wireless access point.

If guaranteed connectivity is vital to your stay in Banff, please add a comment when making your reservation, or advise your Reservation Agent.

Instructions for Connecting to wireless access points

Ask the Hotel Guest Service Agents for your complimentary password, type it into your laptop or smartphone in the appropriate place, open your browser, accept the terms of use and you’re ready to surf the day away.

Prior to departure, please check with your network administrator that:

• Your laptop is 802.11b or 802.11g compliant.
• Your laptop is configured to automatically accept an IP address (Dynamic DHCP).
